While in Los Angeles, Ashley personally sought aesthetic care in Beverly Hills and was able to trial some of the most advanced aesthetic practices and techniques in the country.
She had two young children during her fellowship and was dealing with a complicated combination of sun damage, freckles, pregnancy associated melasma, and postpartum skin laxity.
Using a combination of RF Microneedling, Sciton’s HALO and BBL laser, and a compounded prescription skin care regimen, she was thrilled with her results. Upon arriving in Lincoln, she wanted to continue with her treatment regimen and skin care maintenance in order to preserve and even build upon her results.
Unfortunately, she realized that she would have to travel to other major metropolitan cities in order to have access to the treatments that substantially improved her postpartum skin concerns.
Ashley is committed to her patients and putting down roots in Lincoln. As such, she wanted to find a way to access the technology without having to leave Lincoln.
Additionally, as a surgeon and a parent who takes calls and needs to be available to her patients 24/7, she’s often making last-minute changes to her schedule and is busy taking care of patients during traditional business hours.
We realized that a degree of schedule flexibility/customization would be something that patients might also appreciate.
Citrine was inspired by their belief that this incredible community deserves cutting edge technology and access to skilled providers who can offer flexible, concierge-style care. Our philosophy at Citrine is that self care should not have to compete with someone’s personal or professional obligations. Our patients deserve to look and feel their best, and it’s our job to help make that possible.
We ultimately hope to develop a destination medical aesthetic practice that draws patients from all over and sets a standard of excellence in Lincoln — a practice devoted to impeccable outcomes where each individual patient’s needs and concerns are acknowledged and addressed. All the team members of Citrine are devoted not only to their patients but also to this community.
We hope that this practice will be able to get involved with this close-knit community and collaborate with charities that will directly benefit Lincoln residents. As we grow, we hope our positive impact will grow along with us.
