Citrine’s registered nurse performs all laser hair removal treatments. This RN has experience in dermatology to provide the safest laser outcomes. When patients choose Citrine Medspa for their laser hair removal, they have the oversight of our Physician Assistant with 20+ years of laser and dermatology experience.
What to expect during your first treatment:
A formal consultation will be done with our registered nurse. A treatment guide and post care instructions will be given prior to the appointment to review. We have an app that patients download and are able to see all documents. This app allows patients to message our nurse if needed. Patients are encouraged to ask any and all questions during the consultation. We allow patients to receive a free underarm treatment during a consultation to see how the laser feels. If patients want to skip the formal consultation and start the treatment the same day as their first appointment, this is more than possible!
How often are treatments scheduled?:
This depends on what areas a patient wants to treat. If a patient is treating brazilian (our most popular area, because it is painless), they would come in for treatments every 4-6 weeks. If a patient was treating their legs, brazilian, and underarms. They would come in every 4 weeks and treat their legs every other treatment due to varying hair cycles. Treatments are very quick and effective! Patients doing brazilian and underarms can anticipate spending 20-30 minutes in the office.
