Hydrafacials are one of the most popular facial treatments of 2023. This is because hydrafacials work for all skin types and textures. Hydrafacials are safe for oily, dry, sensitive and combination skin. Skin will be cleansed, extracted, and hydrated by the end of the treatment. Every single hydrafacial at Citrine is customized based on the patient skin type. Our skin trained nurse also helps patients reach their skin goal by designing a customized at home skin care regimen to further improve skin goals. Hydrafacials are recommended to be done once a month to maintain results.
How does a hydrafacial work?
Hydrafacial uses a patented vortex-fusion tip and 3-step process to cleanse the skin. Skin will first be cleansed and gently physically exfoliated using a suction tip. A peel will be placed on the peel to help prep the skin for the extractions. Painless extractions are performed using a special tip on the hand piece. Lastly, the skin is hydrated using an antioxidant rich and hydrating serum that is infused into the skin.
How Hydrafacials benefit the skin:
- Improve skin texture and appearance
This facial will remove dead skin cells, oil, dirt, debris, and clogged pores from the skin. This helps to improve the overall texture of skin. Hydrafacials gently exfoliate the skin to reveal brighter and younger looking skin.
- Clean pores for acne-prone skin
Overtime skin that is oily and acne-prone can become very congested. This leads to frequent breakouts. Hydrafacial will help cleanse the skin and pores to minimize frequency of breakouts. Hydrafacials are recommended monthly for acne-prone skin.
- Leave skin glowy and hydrated
Hydrafacials are the perfect treatment before any event. Skin will be glowy for 1-2 days following the facial. When skin is cleansed of impurities and properly hydrated, it will provide a glow that others will notice!
